We currently deliver to All locations within India If your location is outside our service area, we regret that we cannot process your order at this time.

3. Delivery Timeline

5. Delivery Process

- Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
- If the delivery fails after the attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.
6. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
6.1 Damaged Products
- If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 Hours with photos of the damaged items.
6.2 Missing or Incorrect Items
- In case of missing or incorrect items, please contact our customer support within 48 Hours.
We will ensure a prompt resolution through a replacement, refund, or credit.
7. Perishable Items
For perishable goods, such as food products, ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. Mugalayar Foods is not responsible for spoilage due to missed or delayed deliveries.
8. Cancellation of Delivery
Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
